A usual and nicely carved small sculpture, I believe a New Zealand Maori ‘Tiki’ figure. The eyes are discs of blue-green paua shell, and the figure has spiral ‘tattoo’ carvings on the body. The left hand is holding a club of some kind. No maker’s marks, but perhaps 1960’s or so in date?

CONDITION - a little dust and slight surface wear, and the variations from when it was made, but no major issues.

MEASUREMENTS - 12.8cm tall
