There is an embossed K on bottom of this antique blob top mineral water bottle. This is classed as black glass but in light it is a medium dark olive green. The bottle is heavily whittled and makes an attractive window bottle with other bottles or even alone. The K embossed on the base is possibly George W. Kearns Company of Zanesville, Ohio.
The bottle is cylinder in shape, stands 9 3/8 inches high and is 3 inches in diameter. It has a few bubbles common in antique glass, no chips, no cracks and no haze. Glass surface is shiny. My photos don't show the beauty of this earlier bottle which would look nice in any bottle collection, looks great on a window sill or shelf.
