This is a rare vintage sculpture and hand crafted by P. Marioni. Beautiful and abstract depiction of Biblical Adam and is in very good condition without any cracks or repairs. The tip of one leaf is chipped. The Marioni company was born in Florence, Italy in 1966 from the intuition of its founder Paolo Marioni and today is run by the third generation. There is a partial piece of black felt on the bottom but his signature and Italy is still legible. He measures 10" tall x 4-1/2" wide.
