This is The Man With His Dog

I just got this item back. His vessel is 6 inches across and six inches tall. The activity I experienced was seeing glimpses of a man with his dog. This spirit has messed with the lights in my home causing them to flicker. I have also seen eyes at night with him and have been able to make contact with the spirit. I have never gotten a name from him. The spirit is neutral and pushy. He does not like to be worked or messed with too often. He will set off tools placed around the house. The back of this photo says a date from the 1800s. Please be respectful with this spirit. You can hear sounds at night. He is very active when it’s foggy outside and during storms. I keep this photo in my living room but the spirit seems to go around the house making sounds. I have been able to get responses from him over the spirit box but they are very short. I have heard him speaking to another person several times. This item would need to go to a home that would be ok with a spirit moving around the house. There is a lot of noise around my home from him. So a home that doesn’t scare easily would be best.
