A gorgeous quality wrap style skirt from Per Una at Marks and Spencer.  This is in a pure cotton fabric and is in navy with a floral design but the bottom tier of the skirt is in a contrasting pink colour with a floral pattern. It is a tiered skirt with ties at the sides.  Made with natural breathable cotton in a size 16 short.  Brand new and in excellent unworn condition with all the tags attached
