C. 1885 cabinet card by the Rogers studio of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. The photo depicting a dapper young gent wearing a stripped suit, in one hat he holds a wide brimmed straw hat and in the other a walking stick.  The cabinet card measures 6 1/2" x 4 1/4" inches.  I have other Waynesburg, PA photos listed.
