Here is a 2003 released RADIO SHACK released toy R/C car.

"BRUM" has motor sounds, animated eyes, rocks from side to side and the wind-up cranks spins around.

 The remote is present.

However, the "BRUM" has turnable front wheels for steering BUT NO DRIVE to the rear wheels !

Perhaps if you collect R/C you have an answer for that problem !

Clean physical condition with no grime or dirt.

Have to sell in 'as found' condition for parts or repair.
