This is from the 'Baby Banknotes of 1890' - Scott 221 (purple) 3 Cent Andrew Jackson Stamp.

Besides the closeup, I have included a photo of the page in the album containing it for provenance.

This is hinged but actually very loosely bound to the hinge and has no cancellation mark,

and is in very nice condition.
