F: Mein Account funktioniert nicht mehr oder ist abgelaufen, was mache ich da?

A: Einfach mir schreiben, dass der Account nicht mehr funktioniert oder abgelaufen ist und sie bekommen einen neuen Account.

F: Bekomme ich eine Rückerstattung?A: Nein. Sobald sie den Account haben ist es nicht mehr möglich es zu erstatten, da es ja sein kann das sie den Account benutzen oder was auch immer.

F: Wie oft kann ich es kaufen?

A: 1 Stück = 1 PC, also, wenn sie es 2 Mal kaufen können sie es auf 2 PCs benutzen.
