Nice Canadian Album in Excellent condition, has some surface marks and surface scratches but nothing major. 

The sleeve is Excellent with some storage wear to corners, edges, some ring wear and a couple of stains to the rear cover. 

The Spine is Very Good with some storage rubbing and creasing.
