This is a girls size 3T sleeveless dress.  The brand is Perfectly Dressed. It is pink with an ivory tulle skirt. The tulle has yellow rose petals in between the layers.  There is a wide pink waistband with a pink and yellow rose on the left side.  This dress zips and ties in the back.  It is made of 100% polyester.  It is in excellent condition.  The dress measures 20" long with a 22" waist and is 12" from side seam to side seam under the arms. Absolutely Beautiful!
