Listed is this Mediasonic HW-150PVR HomeWorx ATSC Digital Converter Box.  Used for converting digital signals so they can be played on your analog TV.   Supports up to 1080p resolution for high-quality viewing and has multiple audio/video outputs, including Coaxial F, HDMI, and Component RCA.
