This is one of our favorite ladies' skis here at Proskiguy. We have been huge fans of the Santa Ana models from the very first version with twin metal laminate construction. And now, this second generation version is redesigned and takes it to yet another level of excellent skiing. Santa Ana is well known for its incredibly smooth feel on the snow, with outstanding stability and power on any kind of day, in any kind of condition. But, Nordica engineers set out to improve this really good ski, and they have absolutely succeeded. It now feels lighter, livelier from turn to turn, and and is even more versatile than before. How did they do that?
• Terrain specific metal components have less metal, removing material where it doesn't need to be, without sacrificing the benefits that Titanal offers.
• Carbon fiber layer replaces fiberglass that weighs 35% more. Overall weight is reduced, rebound is improved and the ski feels more lively.
• Women specific shape/sidecut/rocker is unique to the ladies models, making the ski perform better for skiers who are not quite as tall (as men).
• Redesigned rocker profile is specific to each model, and each size.
• New sizing reduces the gaps between sizes (to 7cm, rather than 8cm), making it easier to choose the perfect size

Proskiguy always wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. To
ensure that end result, this item is eligible for exchange or return to Proskiguy within
7 days of receipt by the buyer. If you wish to return or exchange this item, here is
what you need to know.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping
• Buyer must request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) from Proskiguy
and display it on the outside of the box, next to the shipping label in large block
print.
• In an exchange transaction, buyer will be responsible for actual shipping cost of
replacement item from Proskiguy.
• Original outbound shipping cost from Proskiguy on the return for exchange item
will be forgiven.
• All exchanged items must be in their original condition, with original packaging
and all factory tags and labels still attached.
• Return for exchange will usually not be allowed on skis when our premount
service was chosen, and so have their bindings installed on the skis. Contact us if
you wish to exchange premounted skis, as we can sometimes make exceptions.
RETURN FOR REFUND
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping
• BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COST OF OUTBOUND SHIPPING. Original outbound
shipping cost from Proskiguy to buyer will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Even if the item was sold with free shipping, this actual cost of shipping will not be
refunded.
• Buyer must request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) from Proskiguy
and display it on the outside of the box, next to the shipping label in large block print.
• Refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If purchase
payment was made via PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal. If
payment was made via phone using a credit card, refund will be processed through
our in store terminal directly to that same credit card.
• All exchanged items must be in their original condition, with original packaging
and all factory tags and labels still attached.
• Return for refund will not be allowed on skis where our premount service was
chosen, and so have their bindings installed on the skis.
• Any item returned for refund may be subject to a restock fee. If that is the case,
we will let you know what that fee will be when the RA# request is received.
WARRANTY ISSUES
If you believe you have a warranty issue, we want to help. Drop us an email or give
us a call and explain your problem. We believe it is our job to act as your advocate
in the event of a product failure. However, warranty decisions are solely made by
the manufacturer of the item. Only the manufacturer can decide if a warranty claim
is valid, and how to satisfy that claim. But, we are here to help you, and will do our
best to get your product problem solved.
We are available 9:30 to 5:30 Pacific time, Monday thru Saturday to answer
questions and help fix problems. We do our best to answer emails
