The fellowship of the ring, J.R.R. Tolkien. First edition, fifteenth impression 1966.

Dust jacket has edge wear and tanning consistent with the age of the book. The dust jacket has obviously done its job protecting the book. It has been very well preserved. The color is still very vibrant and there are no marks front, back , or spine. On the upper part of the front board there is a slight curve to the board that I’m assuming is due to it being bent at some point. In the pictures you can see a slight wrinkling on the inside of the front board as an effect of being possibly bent. There is one small bump on the bottom of the back board. The Gold lettering on spine appears to have little if any wear. On the inside there are no previous owner plates or markings. The pages are clean with no markings of any kind. No tears or creases on any of the pages. The foldout map in the back is in pristine condition. Clean and still very bright and no tears. Pictures will show all details mentioned above. Overall a very well preserved and stunning book!

The book will be shipped with bubble wrap and plenty of packing material around it to prevent any damage during shipping.
