It is a highly structured, highly concentrated Amarone produced only in a limited edition with numbered bottles. AMARONE RISERVA is produced only in excellent years. Of an intense ruby red color, on the nose it presents aromas of black cherry, fruit in alcohol and spices with hints of vanilla, tobacco and liquorice. Full and enveloping velvety taste. Vinification
- Manual selection of bunches in the vineyard, slow drying in the fruit cellar for 5 months, fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The pomace is not pressed, only the heart is used.
Aging
- in French oak barriques for 24 months, then in steel until bottling.
Color
- Deep ruby red with intense garnet reflections.
Scent
- Intense and enveloping bouquet, recalls hints of cloves, liquorice and black pepper.
Flavor
- Gritty and velvety, reminiscent of small red fruit jam, with vanilla notes.
