Made in Philipines.
Tags say "Cotton" but are stamped over Dacron.  Dacron tag also enclosed. 

There is no size on the outfit. Chest measures approx 20", Length 15" (collar to crotch)

Excellent condition, probably worn only once.
All in what appears to be original box.  Box has edge wear & discoloring
