After starting my own business,which resulted in my occupation of the room for a sewing workshop, my much-loved settee is taking up too much space and is looking for a new home.

It measures 85 cm in height, 205 cm in length, and 85-160 cm in width. The sofa is upholstered in high-quality leather, which makes it durable and easy to maintain. 

Bought just shy of five years ago, there are some specific issues to point out, which are shown in the photographs.  Firstly, there are a few darker patches on one of the seats that came about after prolonged contact with a liquid and there is one small scratch on the same.  PLEASE CHECK THESE CAREFULLY BEFORE DECIDING TO BID - REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED - SOLD AS SEEN.  

Other than that, it's in good nick and a bargain at the price, which is a fraction of the original purchase price which was well over £2000.
