Vintage Mens Omega Seamaster Cal.1435 Gold Plated Quartz Ref: 196.0284 - Working

This beautiful vintage Omega brand wristwatch is in working order and appears to be very accurate over the testing period. I cannot guarantee how long it will continue to work as this is an early quartz movement watch. Please note, on pulling the crown out to set the time you need to add light downward pressure to get it to catch on the mechanism. This is a very minor inconvenience, I assume the crown is slightly the incorrect length? But please keep this in mind. Otherwise the watch functions perfectly and will only apply twice a year when changing the clocks back/forward.

This is a vintage Omega Seamaster 1435 Quartz wristwatch with a gold case and leather strap. The watch features a non-numeric hour mark and a 12-hour dial with a day/date function. It was manufactured in Switzerland in 1984 and has 6 jewels in its movement.

Please note, the day is split during the AM / PM between English and Spanish, changing at midday and midnight. This is a quirky feature that is very uncommon on omegas.

Please note that this watch is sold as vintage, so there may be minor areas of wear and small scratches on the case due to previous usage. We believe these imperfections only add to the watch's vintage charm and character. The watch comes with an original Omega strap which is worn but functional.
