New without tags, red 3/4 length (33in shoulder to hem) padded ladies coat with detachable hood size 12 and made in England.  Full length zip front with press stud storm flap.  Two side pockets with flap held closed with a press stud.  Padded lining with pattern on sleeve turn up.  Hood detached from coat with 3 press studs.  Outer shell made from 22% cotton and 78% polyester, lining from 100% nylon and padded filling is 100% polyester and this coat is machine washable. Sleeve length to armpit is fully adjustable from 16in to 20in (no turn up).
