Leather buckle and strap fastening to inside and to interior

Chubb lock which unfortunately doesn't work anymore - looks like part of key has got stuck inside it. no key with briefcase.  Reflected in starting price.

it does still fasten shut though with the buckle and straps.

Some wear to the leather as shown but overall good condition for its age (which is likely to be around 1980s)
