About TORRES BEADS
String clasps for classical guitars inspired by the famous La Leona string clasp beads made by master craftsman Torres.
There are various types of string clasps for classical guitars, but they have many problems, such as being expensive, having problems with workmanship accuracy and poor acoustics, and being made of inappropriate materials. In order to improve these, we have spent a long time developing these Torres beads.
The final finishing touches are done by hand by Japanese artists using Japan's latest equipment,
with the utmost precision. Although it is a very high quality finish, we have succeeded in achieving this price by eliminating the middleman.
This is a work that all classical guitar enthusiasts should pick up.


Material: Made of cow bone
The best string clasp material for classical guitars is cow bone (4-5 on the Mohs scale of hardness).
The cow bone string clasp is moderately strong and lightweight, providing a very firm tone.
Also, by carefully polishing it, you can obtain a transparent and high-quality finish.
Ivory string clasps are also common, but ivory is soft (2.5 on the Mohs scale of hardness) and has the disadvantage of not producing a strong sound. Also, although ivory looks beautiful,
