INSTRUCTION: Please extend the delivery time to 60-75 days (Ask customer service for specific time) on the order page within 24 hours after placing the order, and once successfully change the delivery time, please send the related screenshot to our customer service. Otherwise, we will default to the fact that you are not willing to wait for the crafting time and we will deliver the product with the shortest production time (fastest producing configuration: pure PVC head + common water decal makeup + common doll eyes + common 2D mouth, "common" means "no customization").

• The doll will be scheduled for production according to your specific needs. The production will start after receiving the order and confirming your payment. Therefore, no changes will be accepted after 3 days.

• Our dolls are able to be customized according to the different needs of customers, pure handmade makes the time limit longer.

• The crafting period of single pure head is 10 days, and the single pure body is 10 days, too.

• 30 days for makeup drawing, 20 more days for special order of makeup or shaping.

• The eyeballs are made for 10 days.

• Full set of dolls for 45 days.

• Customized goods usually are not available in stock. If there are spot products left, such as finished heads or eyes, they will be sent within 3 days.

• The doll and accessories are handmade products, and the makeup surface is hand-drawn in normal circumstance. We cannot guarantee that the finished product is completely symmetrical or flawless, so please take it carefully if you mind. Slight asymmetry, fine dust, tiny bubbles and other defects that do not obviously affect the appearance are not quality problems.

• Custom goods, no return or exchange, so please think carefully before you buy. In addition to quality problems, irresistible force such as earthquake and epidemic caused by the delay, or personal preferences change, lack of financial ability and other reasons, not refundable.

• The company is not responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. If there is any quality problem, please take a photo or video to contact customer service in the first time.
