Selling as a faulty and for parts only no returns

Phone is used but in great condition and selling for parts only

These phones unfortunately have the following message that have appeared on the screen (please see pics). These appeared suddenly to a batch of orders over 2 months ago and customers notified me about. The lock has not happened and customers are able to use their phones.

"This device will lock in 72 hours as it is linked to an incomplete trade-in order from Samsung"

I have done some research and Samsung have done this to many phones which were part of their trade in scheme. Please see link

My purchase was through a supplier who unfortunately has closed their company so im left with this stock that I can not sell for full price so I am selling cheap to get some money back.

I have sat on the stock for 3 months to see what the outcome would be, the phones are currently still fully working and no phones have been locked. The error message remains on notifications in the phone and just sits there. The big screen message shows if you turn the phone off then on again and occasionally will show when you are using the phone, you just need to click 'okay' and it goes. This could be an annoyance to some people. I have tried fully wiping a device on a customer return but the message still remains.

I have tried to sort with Samsung to remove but have not got any where as they require the original order number with them which I do not have as there were brought through a supplier.

These are being sold as faulty due to the error message. So please understand this before buying.

Please see my feedback I am a genuine business and seller. I'm just trying to recoup some of the money I am set to loose out on as I can't sell them for full retail price now.
