Vintage MCM 31-Day Wood Wall Clock Hourly Chime Pendulum Action +Crank Key 

Works as designed - must wind both sides with included key, attach pendulum and give the pendulum a gentle push from side to side. If the pendulum stops swinging after a couple minutes, try again. You don't want to push it too hard, just a gentle push for a slight, even swing back and forth. It should only swing about 1 - 1.5 inches to the right and 1 - 1.5 inches to the left. Also make sure the clock is level. When you get it right, the clock will keep working.

On each hour, a chime will sound for 1 chime per hour of the time of day. 8 o'clock will sound 8 chimes.

The key and pendulum will be taped down for safe shipping
