Incorporated (in April of 1926) Under the Laws of the State of Texas 

Fort Worth, Texas printed beneath the title, on the date line and stamped in the corporate seal. Star in center of seal. Stock certificate issued to F. E. Collins for 10 shares. I believe this company prospected for oil deposits. Caption beneath picture reads: The Alidade, the Geologist's Valuable Instrument Used in the Discovery of Oil. Signed by A. J. Burton as secretary and Burton (or Benton?) Christmas, company president. This obscure company went out of business a year later, in April of 1927. Very interesting stock!
