We accept payment by PayPal and Credit / Debit cards entered on eBay only. You must be registered with PayPal or eBay to buy from us.
We ship via Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, and other major logistics operators based on the destination. Order tracking information will be uploaded automatically once the item has shipped. Delivery estimate is typically 1 - 3 days for domestic only depending on the service selected.
All items must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. Any item not returned with its original packaging or damaged may be subject to a limited refund.
To be eligible for warranty and refund you must return the product in the condition it was sent to you AND in its original packaging.
Where eligible for warranty we test your item upon you returning and offer you either a replacement or refund where applicable.
IF upon conducting our tests it is found the item is not faulty, is in working condition and does not qualify for warranty, refund we will not able to issue you with a refund or replacement and to return your item back to you, you will be required to pay a handling and postage fee.
