Unpaid item case will be opened to against you if we don't receive either your payment or message, and your ID will be blocked forever if we don't receive your payment when unpaid item case is closed.

All bid retractions will be reported to eBay and members will be blocked from participating in our auctions when abusing this system. Abuse is defined as retracting your bid more than 1 hour (60 minutes) after placing it, recurrent bid cancellations and a history of bid retractions on eBay.
