It is in player's condition with signs of use, including scratches, dents, and dirt throughout.
Neck is straight (rod stiff/still adjustable) with about 70-80% frets remaining.
Of course, the whole thing has been thoroughly checked and readjusted, so the string height is low and playability is good.
12F string height: 1st to 4th string side approximately 2.0 to 2.4 mm
The pickguard has been replaced with mint green.
