From 1943, in the midst of World War 2, a RARE signed copy with dust jacket, Chinaman's Chance, by No-Yong Park, Ph.D. (Harvard). Second Edition, revised. Note the inscription in green ink: To my friend Clay Gross, with best wishes of No-Yong Park. The inscription appears to have Chinese characters. The author writes that he was born in Manchuria though his name sounds Korean. The term Chinaman's Chance refers to bad odds, apparently based on Chinese lifespan predictions. An unusual book.
