This is a girls size 8 short sleeve dress. The brand is Speechless.  The dress is black with white polka dots.  There is a black band at the waist and the hem.  The neckline is accented with black bands that form a V.  This dress ties in the back.  It is in excellent condition.  It is made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex.   The dress measures 34" long with a 24" waist and is 14" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  Very Pretty!
