Vintage 1940s Purple & White Swiss Dot Cotton Childs Dress Short Sleeve AS IS. Here we have a darling 1940s child's dress made from a lightweight purple cotton fabric with white Swiss dots. It is a shirt waist style dress with a rounded collar and short slightly puffy sleeves. There is a side seam metal zipper. The center front featured white faux pearlescent buttons on a lapel that hides metal snaps for closure. The collar, lapel, and sleeves are trimmed with a white cotton and lace ruffle.
This piece is in good condition considering its age, however there is some discoloration at the under arms. There are no major tears, however the seams at the underarms are strained. There is a very small hole on the back right shoulder. All issues are pictured. Please view all photos prior to purchasing and do not hesitate to ask additional questions.
