1980 Kenner Star Wars Vintage ESB 31 Back A Han Solo Small Head Carded Variant. 

This is the very tough to find variant of the Small Head Han Solo on the Empire Strikes Back package. The figure is fully sealed to the card. The bubble has no cracks. But the bubble shows white stress marks on the side of the bubble as shown.

The card does show a fair amount of wear like the corner crease.
