1800's $3 The New Hope Delaware Bridge Company note from Lambertville, New Jersey. 

This company began operations in New Hope, Pennsylvania around 1815. It was moved to Lambertville, New Jersey during the 1830's and failed in 1847. 

This note features a Vignette of a bare-breasted, allegorical female floating with an eagle while holding a patriotic shield. An allegorical maiden is printed in a frame on the left.

This note grades About Uncirculated. It has a horizontal crease with a tear on the right edge.
