We test every used disc to make sure it plays.

If a disc is new, we make sure there is nothing shaking around in the case, we can only assume it was made properly and stored correctly, so for new discs we guarantee it plays properly or you can return it for a full refund.

PROBLEMS

If you have a problem, please contact us first and let us resolve it, sometimes mistakes happen.

Leaving a bad review without giving us a chance to resolve any issues does not help, it only raises costs for future buyers.

SHIPPING

If you buy more than one disc good news! We Combine shipping, this means you pay $4 once plus .30 cents for each additional disc per order. If this applies to you, DO NOT check out, wait for an invoice after auctions have completed.

We ship at 1PM Pacific Time MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, and FRIDAY (excluding holidays).

If you complete a sale at any other time, your order will go out on our next shipping day.

DIGITAL CODES

Some of our discs show they contain Digital Codes, be advised these codes do not work, even if they do we do not warrant them, you are only purchasing the Discs and Case they come in.

PAYMENT

Payment is due within 4 days of auction close, if you need more time please let us know or we will relist the item.
