This is a Nikon Super Coolscan 4000 ED film scanner with an SF-210_Auto Slide Feeder, an SA-21 Strip Film Adapter, and the standard MA-20 Slide Mount Adapter. 

Also included are the Power Cord, Firewire Cable, Manual for the Scanner, Manual for the SF-210 Slide Feeder and two color reference slides (one Kodachrome and one Ektachrome). With the hard to find SF-210 multiple slide feeder you can load up to 50 slides at a time for batch scanning.

This Super Coolscan 4000 ED is a "FireWire" (IEEE 1394) connected device. 

A 4000-ppi true optical-resolution scanner that captures images with vivid accuracy using Digital ICE software to eliminate scratches and defects.
The custom CCD reduces image noise to provide clean, precise color representation that does justice to your slides.

Scans slides or negatives.

This is a one-owner item in like-new condition. I am selling this for previous owner. It was in working order when last used but I don't have a Firewire interface and so have not been able to test the unit myself. I have powered it up and it appears to be functioning well.

Nikon no longer supports this item with their software. Vue-Scan software (https://www.hamrick.com) currently does support this scanner.
I use Vue-Scan with my Nikon 5000 scanner and it works really well.
