E6: Controller fault. Solution: Apply for a new one.
E7: Controller fault. Solution: Apply for a new one.
E8: Temperature probe fault. Solution: Apply for a new one.
E9: Temperature probe fault. Solution: Apply for a new one.
Please kindly note that the heating element needs to be checked and cleaned from time to time, especially in winter, since it works 24 hours a day, it needs to be checked every half month. This is done to prevent the heating element from malfunctioning or dirt blocking the sensor, resulting in an inaccurate monitoring temperature. Thus, it is very essential to clean the heating element regularly.

1. For creating a more stable and comfortable living environment to your beloved fishes, please place the heating element near the water flow or in the stream of a power head.
2. DO NOT use the aquarium heater if the cord / heater is damaged.

4. Please unplug the fish tank heater when you install it.
5. Please unplug the heater when cleaning the fish tank or changing aquarium water. Please make sure that you have turned it off and it has cooled down completely when you need to take it out from water.
6. Please DO NOT put the aquarium heater into the sand as this will cause inaccurate heating.
7. Children or minors should be under adult guidance or supervision.
