No shoulder strap included. No stains, holes, or pilling. Zipper works fine and hook-and-loop closure is clean. There are a few stains/spots on the inside that look like white correction fluid (shown in photos). Estimated measurements are shown in photos. From a nonsmoking home with 2 dogs. Will be shipped ‘folded’ in half in a padded bubble mailer.
