Outta Hand by Amy Hetrick Birthday Party Hat Plates for Axis Imex 9" Set of 2

Welcome to my auction for this vintage estate fresh find!  This is a pair of vintage plates from Outta Hand by Amy Hetrick.  Both designs feature brightly colored birthday hat patterns.  No chips or cracks on either one.  They measure approx. 9" across.
