Just love this Cowichan sweater with the couple's dancing!  In excellent shape. Wool.  Lined.

I would think this is a ladies L/XL and a man's small or medium.  But go by the underarm to underarm measurement.   

 23 inches underarm to underarm and 28 inches shoulder to hem.
