Description: This is an original Delco Dwell Meter test equipment tool for various vintage car or truck applications. This part/tool is in good, used condition. The surface is dirty from being used but will clean up nicely with some degreaser. The assembly appears complete, with no broken or missing parts. There appears to be a repaired wire, as seen in the final picture. This unit is being sold untested but comes complete with cables/wires. Do not miss out on this hard to find part for your restoration.
