LEONTYNE PRICE THE PRIMA DONNA COLLECTION BMG 4CD SET 1992 MINT This is a great collection of four discs highlighting the career of Leontyne Price with 66 musical selections from operas such as La Traviata, Turandot, Otello, Don Giovanni, Macbeth, Andrea Chenier, Die Walkure, Carmen, Rigoletto and others. Including numbers from composers such as Bellini, Dvorak, Mozart, Wagner and others. I have listed a photo of the back panel of the jewel case that lists all of them. The conductors included are Francesco Molinari-Pradelli, Edward Downs, Nello Santi and Henry Lewis and all selections were recorded between 1965 and 1979 and are part of the RCA Gold Seal collection. The set was produced in 19992 by BMG Classics. The set also contains two booklets of 33 pages each outlining the performances. All of the discs, the jewel case and the two booklets are in crisp mint condition. Great set in great condition. There are two small library stickers from the previous owner that are attached to the reverse panel of the jewel case. This is a very nice selection.
