Toyota Camry Air Conditioner Amplifier module set in good shape.
The 1987-1991 models use these two models working in tandem to operate and control the system.
This came from a 1987 4 Cylinder Camry.
This works in 1987 to 1991 models using this SAME Modules.
Be sure this is the same as the one you are replacing.
NOTE:
This works with several other electrical components within the AC
system. This will NOT fix your problem if you are not sure exactly what
is causing your AC system to not work. If the freon level is low. The
low pressure sensor will prevent the system from turning on. If the
thermostat is malfunctioned and stuck in the "open" position. Your
system will not turn on. Both those components can very easily be
bypassed with jumper wires to see if either of those items are
preventing the system from turning on. Of course the basics is to verify
the systems is getting power and not just the green light on the button
lighting up. Verify the fuses and relays are good and functional. If
you bypass your low pressure sensor and the compressor comes on. DO NOT
run your system with low Freon. Get it fix and charged. This AMP card is
the central control for all those components including the compressor
clutch. Card only works as good as the parts already in your system.
