Splash Protection Cover: It can effectively prevent the splashing of wood chips and reduce the impact of plaster and splashes, making use safer. 

Sturdy Bracket: The 0.236-inch thick and 2.08-inch wide bracket improves the efficiency of the drive and extends the life of the product.

Assembly Sequence

1. Drain the oil from the chainsaw.

2. Remove the bar and chain (see your chainsaw manual).

3. If there is a removable comb (support) - remove it.

4. Remove the clutch (star).

5. If there is a tensioning device in the housing, remove the device.

6. Install the clutch (drive pulley from the attachment kit) if necessary, using shims.

7. Install the attachment on the chainsaw using a set of washers,

install the belt on clutch (pulley) and spindle shaft.

8. In order to avoid overwhelming the belt - do not install the brake

cover.

9. Using a screwdriver wrench for the chainsaw, carry out the

following steps:

A) make a weak tightening of the chainsaw attachment

B) insert the screwdriver wrench into the groove between the chainsaw body and the nozzle fork.

B) use a screwdriver to tighten the belt (the belt should not hang out-sag)

D) carry out the final tightening of the nuts securing the attachment to the chainsaw (For tightening torque, see your chainsaw instruction manual).

10. To carry out broaching of nuts of fastening of knives.

11. Install the stop using 2 bolts and M8 nuts.

Application

This product is mainly used for wood debarking, root debarking, etc. It is an ideal tool for building material stores, farms, construction works, energy and mining industries, etc. 

Notes

• It is forbidden to work in the immediate vicinity of people and animals.
• Only two hands can be used to operate a chainsaw with attachments.
• The throttle stick should be in your right hand.
• It is forbidden to stand in the plane of rotation of the cutting tool.
• The attachment is not intended for use by children, persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities, persons in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication, by persons who have not studied this instruction manual.
• Operation of the nozzle with loose (not tightened) wedges is not allowed.
• It is not allowed to use cutting tools (knives) for attachments of improper quality, with visible defects, cracks and chips.
• Repair and replacement of bearings in the nozzle should be performed by technicians. Wrong and unqualified repairs can pose a great threat to the health, life of the user and others.
• Please do not develop the frequency of rotation of the crankshaft of the chainsaw in excess of 13500 rpm.
• Please read the operating manual completely before use. And pay particular attention to the safety instructions included.
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and the 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
