Hi,
I have a very nice small original photo of a Type AD Goodyear Blimp, the Puritan NC-7A.

Description
An original B/W 2.5"X 3.5" Photo of the Puritan Goodyear Blimp taken at the Worlds Fair in Chicago, 1933.

History
The first Goodyear blimp flown with helium was the AD Type which first flew in the early part of the 1920s. It could carry two passengers and the crew. The Puritan NC-7A was first flown in 1928. At 128 feet long and 36 feet in diameter, it was a fraction of the size of larger airships like the Graf Zeppelin. It had two 82 HP engines and even though they say these are frameless, they actual do have a structure inside. The Puritan was stationed in Miami. The photo shown here was taken in Chicago, at the Worlds Fair in 1933. If you have seen other photos of the aviation area at the worlds fair, you will see very similar backgrounds. Not just the people but the far tree line. I blew up the photo so you could see the very large crowd on the sidelines. This was one of a few blimps flown at the fair.

You rarely see these original vintage photos anymore. They have been boughten up and now you can only find some that have been reproduced.

I will ship this photo for $4.99. It will come wrapped in its own archival safe sleeves and will be backed by acid free archival card stock. It will be well protected from bending during shipment. I pack these very carefully and take pride in my methods. It will come in an new sturdy photo mailer. Read the shipping policy below if you want more info. I don't try to profit on my shipping. I just try to break even. Sometimes I do, others I don't. Read my reviews. I have several that mention how good my packaging is.

I do combine shipping so please bid on more photos!!!

The best thing about my packaging? They are easy to open! They come packed in a sturdy rip open cardboard mailer with no tape over the rip!!! How many times have you received a package only to spend ten minutes trying to open it without destroying the contents!!! No extra tape, glue, staples, or my worst fear, items shoved between two pieces of cardboard with tape on every edge requiring a surgeons scalpel to open it!!!

This is a new store for me but I have been on Ebay for over 26 years with perfect feedback.

Look for my other photos, photo lots and more. I have a couple very nice 8X10 photos and other interesting items.

I have only scratched the surface of my inventory. I have so much stuff that I am not sure how i am going to get it all listed. Please ask me if there is anything you are interested in and I will look for you. Also, I am going to start offering up my research skills. You can ask me about the type of collectables i sell and more. I will let you know if I can help you. I am adding new items to my inventory monthly and there is a lot more to come! Keep checking back.

Please contact me first with any issues.

Thanks for looking.
