This wood mounted rubber stamp features a straight tube trumpet, similar to the ones a herald would blow.  Hanging from braided and tasseled ropes is a banner with fringe. This banner creates a frame in the design where one could write something like an announcement, heralding news, information, or even a specialty price tag.  Tons of uses.
