This double sided floppy disk drive was developed for the C128 but also works with other Commodore 8 bit computers (C64, C16, C-Plus4) via a standard serial cable. The power supply is built in.

The drive is fully tested and perfectly working. Tests included the C128/1571 full diagnostic and the 1541 alignment test, plus formatting and loading from various disks. Everything works 100%.

The drive is in a very good aesthetic condition with only minimal yellowing and hardly any visible usage marks. The drive is completely clean inside and out. 

The read/write heads were gently cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and the drive rails lubricated with a tiny amount of quality silicon grease. The drive is very quiet and works very smoothly.

The sale only includes the drive itself without any accessories.

The drive will be very well packed and shipped as a tracked, registered and insured parcel.
