Some models come unassembled and unpainted. I try to ship these items out as carefully as possible, however, there are accidents and sometimes fiddly pieces break while in the transit. Most of these incidents can be fixed with a little glue. I highly suggest supporting these talented individuals whenever possible.

All rendered models are print to order, and I try to get them out as quickly as possible. Miniatures are my passion and I love sharing these amazing prints from these awesome designers. So, the sooner I can get them out, the happier I am. That being said, sometimes I get backlogged and occasionally things may take slightly longer than normal. After you place your order, I will put it in the queue and start with the print layout. After a successful print, your miniatures will take an isopropyl bath to get any excess resin off, then have the supports removed. Then they get cured in the curing station.

I usually only use grey resin, but on occasion I might have to use other colors depending on supply and demand .

If something comes bent, give it a soak in some warm/hot water and after a minute or so in there- bring it back out and reshape the piece. As it dries, the piece will re-harden to the new form.

If there is residue on your miniature, occasionally, this can happen with items that didn't quite get all of the cleaning material off. Give it a warm/hot wash with dish soap. If you're still having issues. Please reach out to me and we can discuss what to do going forward.
