Strange uniform! 3rd has the American Flag and the English Union Jack joined by the Bald Eagle symbol of the United States!

Mint-Perfect as printed and rare in this condition. Excellent-No bends or creases or rounded corners or other noticeable damage. Average-Blunt or rounded corners, noticeable small crease or postal ink on front. Great majority of cards fit here. Fair-Soiling, stains, creases, lots of postal ink, needs to be hard to find before buying here. Poor-Tears, creases, image greatly affected--barely a card anymore!
