Hello to all ebayers .We are a family who have had a forced move to a much smaller house.Our new city location means we no longer have large rooms or storage space so we are having to pass on lots of our lovely items.This is a lovely Disney Tsum Tsum  toy, which our child has grown out of . The material is very good with some very slight signs of wear due to its light use  .Looking to pass this lovely collectable  toy on to someone who can make good use of it.

To prevent people from making dubious "item not as described " claims we are selling the item as shown in the pictures ,so please look carefully at the pictures as these are the ultimate item description.We do recognise that people sometimes buy items and for what ever reason they change  their minds about afterwards and we do accept returns but please understand that we will not cover any of the costs involved or associated with these returns.Please note that postage rates charged are for mainland United Kingdom only.When people bid on our items they are accepting all these conditions.If a potential buyer has any questions or queries about the item or our selling conditions they should contact us before placing bids.

Protecting our selling ratings and preventing online fraud.

We don't sell many items on here and so it is very easy to observe our seller ratings and detailed seller ratings about us.We ask all winners to be honest in their ratings and in their opinions about us.We will take note of  and take action against winners who leave unfair feedback ,or who leave good feedback  but then slyly leave very poor detailed seller ratings against us.The Internet is a great invention of our time but unfortunately levels of cyber crime are spiralling out of control.We are fully aware of the eBay echeque scam and this is why we will not despatch items until the funds are safely in our bank account.We have set our predicted delivery times deliberately long in order to counter the eBay delivery scam, where people take advantage of issues within the postal system to claim full refunds and still keep the item when it is delivered .So please be aware we are really fast at delivering items but we have had to make our predicted delivery times much longer to counter this scam.We have set high levels of security ,but from our occupation we have high levels of experience in coping with and tracking down perpetrators of Internet fraud.People with a tendency towards this type of activity should  read this section very carefully whilst taking note of our profile picture.Perhaps it would be better to move along to other sellers who do not have the work connections and understanding of all the various online frauds that we have .

*Due to a huge increase in fraudulent buyer activity on this platform since December 2021, we have reluctantly moved to using a more secure premium delivery method and unfortunately these much higher costs have to be passed on to all the winners of our lovely items, by front loading our selling price.
