The label size indicates a 34 inch waist - They have a part elasticated waistband -  please refer to the photograph of flat measurements, unstretched and stretched.

(Regular) to sult an inside leg of 31 inches - the actual inseam measurement is approximately 30.5 inches / with zip off legs to convert to shorts with a 9 inch inseam.

Mid rise fit with a front rise of 11 inches.
